Registrations for this meeting are made online through this page or directly at the meeting. You are strongly encouraged to process your registration online as this facilitates the organisers' planning. A significant discount for online registrations is an added incentive.

Room availability at the van der Valk Hotel is limited and reservations are made on a 'first paid, first (re)served' basis. Participants are strongly encouraged to sign up for room sharing, as well as processing the payment as early as possible. If overbooked, participants will be assigned to a nearby support hotel from which a shuttle service will be available.

Unless your registration fee is covered by the organisation, your registration will only become definitive after your payment has been confirmed. The deadline for payment (except for chairs and speakers) is 15 May 2026. IMPORTANT if you are submitting an abstract for a poster presentation, your deadline for payment is before: 30 April 2026 (if payment is not received by this date, your abstract will be discarded).
Payments can be made using the iDEAL system or by bank transfer. More information is available through your personal myDNM26 area.
N.B. Reservations will only be made definitive if payment is received by 15 May 2026.
The online registration service will be open until 11 May 2026. Afterwards, registration will only be possible at the meeting; please note that the on-site registration fees are higher.
Cancellations received by e-mail before 15 May 2026 are entitled to a full refund, minus an administrative charge of 30 EUR. Cancellations received after this date and before 22 May 2026 will be considered case by case by the organisation; a refund will be awarded only in exceptional circumstances. No refunds will be provided after 22 May 2026.
Substitute participants can be accepted but please contact the organisation by e-mail before the meeting with the exact details.
